Jan is an industrial engineer (economics) and a member of the Hamburg Lawyers Bar as well as the SRC England and Wales and the Hamburg Tax Advisors Bar. He has specialist industry knowledge of the shipping, yachting, insurance, energy and real estate sectors. Jan delivers financial, corporate, investment and structural advice to clients considering investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions including trust and offshore as well as using his extensive network of contacts to make business introductions He is also a specialist in escrow and trust transactions.
